Schedule a consultation
- Talk with a Carte rep to learn more about what our program can do
Client sends spend for review
- Let our Carte procurement reps show you the savings that you can achieve by joining Carte
Sign a contract and get started!
Properties receive log in credentials
- In the Member Portal, suppliers can be reviewed and inquires can be sent for pricing and more information
- If an expense management system is being used (RealPage, Yardi, etc), the supplier will automatically update the catalog to reflect Carte pricing
Start spending!
- Monthly, Carte will send the designated admin for the Client a report of the spend and savings achieved through Carte
